Welcome to PartyMat! These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website (partymat.co.uk) and services. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

PartyMat provides personalised, printable colouring sheets for children's parties using AI-generated artwork based on your input (name, age, theme, etc.). You receive a downloadable PDF file for printing.

2. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• You agree to provide accurate and appropriate inputs (e.g., no offensive or harmful content).
• You may print your purchased PartyMat for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Pricing & Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Learn more about Stripe's data practices in their Privacy Policy. Prices are listed in GBP currency and may change without notice.

4. Delivery

After payment, your personalised PDF will be generated and available to download via the success page and email. In case of technical delays, we aim to deliver your files within a few minutes. The file will initially be available for 48 hours. If you need access after this period, please contact support@partymat.co.uk.

5. Refunds

Due to the digital and personalised nature of our products, we do not offer automatic refunds. If you're unhappy with your PartyMat, please support@partymat.co.uk and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

All PartyMat designs are generated based on your prompts using AI, but the resulting files are licensed for personal use only. You may not resell or redistribute them.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We’ll notify you of significant changes by updating the date below.
